Editing, I always compare it to making a 10.000 pieces jigsaw puzzle.
I never start with the edges. I start with making small parts that fit together, the table is still a mess with a lot of loose pieces. You have a lot of small connections that you later on connect to become bigger parts. In the end you connect those big parts to complete the puzzle. Only this puzzle is can be completed in different way’s to make it extra difficult.
Right now the table is still a big mess with a lot of small connected pieces. Should ask my grandma to help out, she’s done loads of jigsaws.
Volkskrant
Last Friday dutch newspaper de Volkskrant posted a big interview with Steven Fleming who’s also featured in the documentary. Since Steven’s living on the other side of the globe and they needed a nice picture of the man he asked us to send in a still from the interview we did with him. So we did, and here’s the result. A big print of his face next to the great interview on his book Cycle Space (order here) On the 22nd of November at NAI during the Urban Bike Night Steven will be here in Rotterdam to do a talk. Another man by the name of Stefan Bendiks also feautured in the film will also attend the Night.

About time
It sure was about time we give you folks an update. It’s been difficult to work on this documentary while keeping up with other continuous work. But we’ve been making some promising progress. There are only two days of filming to be done. We already started the editing part. Next to that we can inform you that we will host a pre-premiere during the week of the International Film Festival Rotterdam!! This means you’re all invited to come over to Rotterdam in the end of January! More info on that will follow soon.
We have a update for those of you who’ve funded the film and are still waiting for the t-shirt. If things are finally ok we will get them in somewhere this week! We are terrible sorry for the delay and hope that the quality of the t-shirts will make it up for at least a small part.

Sneak Preview
Since we’re near the end of shooting and we’re at the start of editing the film we thought it was nice to give you a little sneak preview of what we’ve done so far. It’s also a test to see if what we have in mind works in the edit. So please leave your reactions below on what you think about this edit. Also on what could be improved in the final edit.
